Benton Parker Design, located in LaGrange, Georgia, is the culmination of the girlhood dreams of its owner, Leslie Wolfe. As a young girl, Leslie demonstrated an unusual interest in architecture, furnishings, textures, and the impact of color. Her love of design components was fostered by her mother, who exposed her to the architectural beauty of antebellum homes in the southeast, the influence of historical design, and the majesty of farmhouses, castles, and cathedrals across Europe. Leslie chose to attend Auburn University, where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from the FIDER (Foundation for Interior Design Education Research) accredited program. After working two years for a talented designer, she established Benton Parker Design in 2006. Shortly thereafter, her designs were showcased to potential clients through feature articles in regional publications. Her business continues to expand and includes clients from across the southeastern United States. The Benton Parker Design team strives to embrace the personal style and taste of clients while creating custom spaces that elevate their ideas to a new level. The addition of two talented designers, Lindsay Slice and Lindsay Higgins, enables the firm to handle single room renovations, complete remodels, and ground-up construction projects simultaneously. Lindsay Slice graduated from FIDER accredited Savannah College of Art and Design with a double major in Interior Design and Illustration. In addition to working with clients, she facilitates ordering, CAD drawings, and project presentation. Lindsay especially enjoys Mid-Century Modern design. Lindsay Higgins graduated from Georgia Southern University with a major in Interior Design. This design program is accredited by the Council for Interior Design Accreditation and is a member of the National Association of Schools of Art and Design. Lindsay enjoys the challenge of making selections for clients with varying tastes and styles and staging the finished project. Her personal style is Traditional with a Transitional Twist. Benton Parker Design’s team of trade professionals empower Leslie, Lindsay, and Lindsay to create design concepts without restricting their imaginations. Complementing the work of these three visionary designers are master woodcrafters and stone fabricators, marvelous decorative artists, and gifted seamstresses. Benton Parker Design’s diverse clientele enables Leslie and her associates to pursue a variety of design ventures. Projects may highlight European antiques, vintage finds, rustic barnwood, or the charm of an English farmhouse; however, another look may focus on the opulence and glamour of Old Hollywood or the stunning contrast of a contemporary space. Leslie Wolfe is passionate about her work, and she is dedicated to working with her clients to achieve amazing results. With the love and support of her wonderful husband and beautiful children and the success of Benton Parker Design, one might say that Leslie’s dream has come true.
